Accounts
Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials, follow verification requirements, and avoid impersonation or unauthorized access.
Listings
Listings must be accurate, lawful, categorized correctly, and supported by truthful photos, pricing, availability, and condition information.
Messaging
Users may not harass, spam, scam, share harmful links, pressure unsafe payments, or move conversations off-platform to evade safety controls.
Promotions and payments
Promotion purchases, billing records, refunds, and disputes are handled through TOMATO's payment and support processes.
Enforcement
TOMATO may review, restrict, remove, downrank, suspend, or terminate access when conduct, listings, or account activity violates policy or threatens marketplace trust.
